RETURNS
Standard Returns Policy:
If purchased in store, you have 7 days to return the item for a full refund or exchange.
For online purchases, you have 28 days to return the item for a full refund or exchange.
For the return to be accepted and processed, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel that you will be returning.
All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels and security tag.
You can return your item(s) by using your local Royal Mail Post office.
Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving email confirmation that the return has been received for the return to be processed.
Please note: Buyer pays for return postage.
If you received faulty or wrong item - we will send you a return label.

RETURN PACKAGING & TRACKING
Please ensure your item is suitably secured for shipping by the return courier. Before shipping, kindly take a photograph of your box once it is packaged and the label is attached.
If you are using a drop-off location, please ensure you receive a receipt and record the tracking number, which can be found on your label.
It is important to retain a valid receipt or digital receipt showing proof that your item was scanned at the drop-off location.
We kindly ask you to track your parcel and notify us at if your tracking shows any of the following:
- The item remains in one location while in transit for more than 24 hours
- The item is marked as delayed
